I'm going to work with a handful of entrepreneurs to turn their business into a consistent Customer Cash Flow Engine capable of reaching six figures.

Here's what we're building together...

Our goal is simple: build the engine that turns your business into a machine that acquires customers, converts them, and keeps them without you being the bottleneck every single day.

  • Awareness that brings people to your door every week
  • A conversion path that turns strangers into paying customers
  • Growth systems that compound month over month
  • A business you own, not a job that owns you

Revenue. Freedom. And a business that's actually worth something.

Hi, I'm Carter Brown. I spent five years building GoGuide, a software company in the outdoor industry. We raised over a million dollars. Built a real team. Shipped a real product. And it still didn't reach the outcome I wanted. I left burnt out, exhausted, and by my own assessment, having failed to build the business of my dreams.

The reason? I didn't build the business the right way. I had no consistent way to get awareness, convert new customers, and then get them to stay and spend more with me. I obsessed over product and chasing the next new deal every month to try and cover my burn. It was exhausting.

That experience became the foundation for everything I've built since. I partnered with Big Brand Ventures, a venture equity firm cofounded by Kevin Harrington, the original Shark from Shark Tank. Over my time there I've met with, and advised, thousands of entrepreneurs at every stage.

However, almost all the founders I spoke with who were under $250,000 in revenue felt stuck, because they were making the same mistakes I did.

Why does this matter?

Well, for one thing, there are more people starting businesses today than at any other time in history. But most founders can't define what they're actually building.

So I ask you...

What is your definition of a successful business?

If you don't have a good answer to that, you are not alone.

Only after 8+ years of obsessing over that question, learning from my own experiences, and analyzing hundreds of businesses to figure out what is actually making them win was I able to find my answer.

My definition of a successful business is...

A Customer Cash Flow Engine: a repeatable system that consistently attracts customers, converts them into cash flow, and gets them to stay and spend more while providing me with a great life.

If that sounds like the type of business you want to build, this program might be for you.

I've spent hundreds of hours building a framework and process to accomplish exactly that. It makes founders focus on doing the right things to actually grow the business, get to six figures, and set the business up for long-term success. It's the system I'm using to build The Worthy Pursuits Club and help grow Big Brand Ventures.

Now I'm taking everything I've learned and working with a small group of founders who are ready to build their business into a Customer Cash Flow Engine.

That's what Base Camp is.

What Base Camp Looks Like

Base Camp is a six-month intensive. Cohort-based. Capped at 5 entrepreneurs. You're working directly with me through live group workshops, 1:1 coaching, and a framework that connects everything into one engine.

This is not a course. There are no pre-recorded modules. There's no community you get lost in. It's a small group of founders building alongside each other with direct access to coaching, a real framework, and execution pressure that actually makes you move.

Here's the mix:

The Customer Cash Flow Engine

At the center of Base Camp is a framework called the Customer Cash Flow Engine. It's the system we build together. The engine that turns your business from something that depends on you into something that runs.

It has three wedges. They work together:

Wedge 1

Customer Wedge: "People See You"

Awareness: The world doesn't know you exist yet. We build the system that makes them aware. Content, positioning, and channels that consistently bring qualified people to your door.

Wedge 2

Cash Flow Wedge: "Say & Show"

Conversion: People know about you but aren't buying. We build the conversion path. Clear offers, sharp messaging, and a journey that turns attention into paying customers.

Wedge 3

Engine Wedge: "System, Stay, Spend"

Growth: Customers need a reason to stay and spend more. We install retention, referral, and expansion mechanics so the engine compounds instead of leaking.

Together, they form the machine. Separately, they're just tactics. The engine is the asset. The asset belongs to you.

This Won't Work If...

But If You Have This, It Could Be the Best Thing You Do This Year...

The Plan: Three Phases Over Six Months

PHASE 1
Architect the Engine
Months 1–2 | Weekly 1:1 coaching | Bi-weekly group workshops

We audit where your business actually is today. Lock your positioning, ideal customer, and offer. Design the full engine blueprint. Build your awareness system so qualified people start entering your world immediately.

Outcomes: Engine blueprint locked. Awareness system live. Ideal customer and offer fully clarified.
PHASE 2
Build Conversion + Growth
Months 3–4 | Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching | Bi-weekly group workshops

We build your conversion path. Messaging, offer presentation, and the journey from stranger to customer. Install your sales system. Stand up retention and growth mechanics. Connect all three wedges so the engine runs end-to-end.

Outcomes: Full engine running end-to-end. Predictable conversion path. Retention and growth mechanics live.
PHASE 3
Bottleneck Sprints
Months 5–6 | Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching | 6-week execution sprints

You have a working engine. Now we identify the single biggest bottleneck, anywhere in the engine or your broader business, and attack it with a focused 6-week sprint. This is where you learn the operating rhythm you'll use for years after the program ends.

Outcomes: Engine optimized. Bottleneck-sprint methodology installed. Ready to scale independently.

Investment

$4,799 paid in full

or $1,000/month × 6 months ($6,000 total)

No guarantee. Not because we don't believe in the work, but because the work only works if you do. We select for founders who will. If you're looking for a guarantee, you're looking for the wrong program.

FAQ

"I don't have time for another program."
You don't have time NOT to build this. Every month without an engine is another month starting from zero. Two group workshops per month and coaching calls. Designed for founders who are already running a business.
"I've tried coaches and agencies before."
This isn't any of those. Courses don't make you execute. Coaches don't give you a framework. Agencies rent you results. Base Camp gives you the framework AND the execution pressure AND the ownership, together. You build it. You keep it.
"How do I know the framework works?"
It's the same framework refined across real businesses, including venture-backed ones. It came from building, failing, advising thousands, and extracting the pattern. You're buying a system, not a promise.
"Why cap the cohort?"
Because attention matters. 5 founders means you get seen, coached, and held accountable. It means acceptance means something. More people = less impact.
"What if I'm not a fit?"
That's what the application is for. I'd rather say no than take someone who won't build. Selection is based on readiness, proof of demand, and fit.

What Happens After Base Camp?

Graduates leave with a working Customer Cash Flow Engine. From there, you have options: go run it on your own (you'll be in a much better position to do so), extend your program for continued coaching, ascend to a deeper level of strategic help, or explore done-for-you opportunities to accelerate even faster.

You've built the asset. Now you decide what to do with it.
